Make the Switch to Herbal Tea

“I don’t really like tea, except sweet tea” this is a sentiment I’ve heard repeatedly, especially in East Texas. Don’t get me wrong, sweet tea is delicious, but it’s basically a cup of sugar. Herbal tea is an excellent alternative. There are as many herbs to choose from as there are grams of sugar in a Texas-sized fast food cup of sweet tea.  There are herbs to fit everyone’s tastes and medicinal needs and best of all, they can be sweetened using healthier alternatives to heavily processed, nutrient lacking, refined white sugar. Two excellent alternatives that come to mind are stevia leaf, a no-carb green leaf that packs quite the sweet punch, as well as honey, which contains its own bragging list of nutritional benefits. Currently we offer three herbal tea blends as well as our ceremonial grade organic matcha tea. Each one with its own unique flavor profile and medicinal benefits. Herbal tea is a great addition to a healthy diet and provides variety in your beverage selection.  View the teas below to find the perfect herbal blend and make the switch to herbal tea!
